Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take 1-2 droppers and swish around in mouth and under tongue for 30 seconds and swallow. Can be taken with juice or water if desired. Take approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Start off at a low dose of around 1-1.5 mg of melatonin and increase to 2-3 mg if needed.
